Q1. What is your trade term?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF etc for your convenience

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF

Q3. How long can you finish mass production?
A: For regular items without logo, it will take 1~3 working days after payment received. The specific production time depends on the items and order quantity.

Q4. Can you add my logo on the product?
A: Yes, we offer customized service, both OEM and ODM is welcome.

Q5. Can you offer ODM service?
A: Yes, we can produce as your design and technical drawings, or by your samples, please free free to let us know if you have any idea about design.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: OEM design: We can provide (customized) samples as your request , customers only need pay the sample cost and the courier charge.
ODM design: We can provide samples, customers need pay sample cost, shipping cost and tooling charge. The tooling charge can be refunded when you have big order after sample approval.

Q7. How about your quality control?
A: We 100% check each item before delivery.

Q8: How long is your warranty period?
A: 12 months( excluding man-made damage).
